Yoga for Well-Being Week

Today, as part of our Well-Being Week activities, students took part in yoga lessons with Therese.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the session, engaging enthusiastically in the movements and mindfulness activities.

The lesson supported their overall well-being by promoting relaxation, improving focus and flexibility, and encouraging calm, positive self-awareness.
