It was all green vibes today at Holy Family NS as we all wore something green to celebrate World Mental Health Day. Every green item worn today shows we care about each other’s feelings. Anyone that wore green today was put into a raffle in each class for a well-being themed prize. We also had a staff prize!
There were lots of activities taking place today to mark the day, such as an online 'Mind your Mind' webinar with Fiona Forman for 4th - 6th class, positive affirmation activities, a Mindfulness lesson for Junior Infants - 3rd class from 'Finding your Wings' to name but a few.
Together, we are helping make our school a place where everyone feels happy and supported!
