Sean Nós Dancing

Fourth class had a fantastic time learning Sean Nós dancing with Eimear.

We learned three different steps: the shuffle, triplets and Connemaras.

We learned that Sean Nós dancing meaning dancing in the ‘old style’ and that it originated in County Galway, Connemara specifically. 

We had lots of fun practicing and exploring a bit more of our history and culture!
