Bhí an spórt ag Rang 5 i rith na seachtaine. Bhí said an-ghnóthach! Bhain siad taitneamh as a gcuid cúpla focail a úsáid.
We got up to lots over the 2 weeks. We were learning different seanfhocals (Irish proverbs), created some fantastic Celtic art, sang Irish songs, went to the handball alley to work on our liathroid Laimhe skills and had a Tráth na gcéist (quiz) in class.
We had great craic all while using our Irish throughout the day!
We ended the week with Lá Glas to celebrate St. Patrick’s day. We wore green, made beautiful green themed paintings without using green paint. We also went for a walk around Tubbercurry and found lots of Gaeilge throughout the town, have a look at our lovely collages we created with the photos!!
