Relax Kids

Tubbercurry FRC are offering two programmes to help children become relaxed and more positive in their outlook. The programmes start on April 22nd. Happiness Adventures (6-10 year olds) focuses on positivity, what makes people happy. The session includes movement, discussion, breathing, meditations and visualisations. 

Chill Skills Youth Group (11-12) aims to create calm confident young people through the development or relaxing skills and discussing self esteem and confidence building.
