This morning, Ms. Conlon, Moira and all of 1st class took part in a live zoom workout with Ray Lally, The Happy Fitness Guy. This was arranged by Agri Aware as part of their Keep Fit Keep Well campaign.
We had great fun doing all the exercises Ray did with us. There was a ‘planting’ theme to the exercises. Some of our favourites were pretending we were digging the ground and planting seeds. Some of us enjoyed pretending to be carrots too!
