Here is a special message from Rob Heffernan. Rob has represented Ireland in the Walking discipline in the 50 km and 20 km. He has won Bronze medals in 2012 in London in the Olympic Games, Gold Medal in Moscow in 2013 in World Championship and Bronze in Spain in 2010. He has been lucky to work with Dermot McDermott!
