The Active School Committee are running a Bake Sale on Tuesday February 17th.Children in 4th, 5th and 6th classes are invited to bake (or provide) one treat which can be sold on the day | School closed for midterm break on 19th and 20th of February. | Swimming letters have been sent home with children from 3rd to 6th. Money can be paid to the class teacher.

Hurling & Camogie in Rang a Ceathair!

Over the past few weeks we have been very lucky to have Jennifer in working on our hurling and camogie skills.

We have worked on our Ready, Set, Lock position, striking to a partner and our jab and roll lift. We put all of our skills to good use in some small sided games and there was lots of fantastic talent on show. 

Hurling and Camogie training takes places every Saturday morning from 10-11am in Tourlestrane GAA pitch and all ages are welcome! It would be fantastic to see some of our Holy Family Boys and Girls joining the club to further develop their skills.
