This year the free nasal flu vaccine is available for all children aged 2-17 years of age.

To get the vaccine parents must sign the permission form.

Forms have been sent home with all children on Monday. 

Only complete the form if you wish your child to be vaccinated. There is no need to fill the form if you do not want your child to be vaccinated.

Please return the form by Thursday 23rd October.
