The Active School Committee are running a Bake Sale on Tuesday February 17th.Children in 4th, 5th and 6th classes are invited to bake (or provide) one treat which can be sold on the day | School closed for midterm break on 19th and 20th of February. | Swimming letters have been sent home with children from 3rd to 6th. Money can be paid to the class teacher.

Fruit Tasting and Pancakes

We made pancake batter and then served our pancakes with fruit from the story, "Handa's Surprise". Some used the fruit to make a face on their pancake!

The children tasted banana, pear, pineapple, mango and orange and recorded whether they liked or disliked the fruit.  We will be doing some further work based on, "Handa's Surprise" next week!
