Engineering in 6th Class

During Engineer's Week, 6th class we lucky enough to receive a visit from an Engineer who is also one of our parents.  Our Engineer, Willie Lawlor, inspired our 6th class to construct bridges from recycled materials.  

Our class really enjoyed the creation of our bridges and most of all working as a team to complete our projects.

It is wonderful to have such talent in our parents and pupils alike.

Some 6th class pupils also constructed aeroplanes and cars also.  Well done to all involved!
