Drawing with Perspective!

23rd Nov 2020

For the month of November Ms. Tuohy’s 6th class focused on the strand of drawing in art and in particular they focused on the technique of drawing with perspective.

They learned various techniques to allow them draw in perspective, make objects appear 3D, create an illusion and identify and create a horizon line and a vanishing point in each piece.

They did a fantastic job and there are definitely some budding artists in this class!

During an English lesson we looked at the use of idioms. We listed commonly used idioms and identified what each idiom meant or implied. Everyone selected one idiom to illustrate!

The hall is a defiantly a very colourful place 😀
