Breathe, Read, Relax

During lockdown Ms Greene and 4th class (this year's 5th class) took part in online Mindfulness with Sligo Library. The children also submitted worksheets about the Mindfulness classes. The work is now part of a book - Breathe, Read, Relax - Children's Memories of a Lockdown in Sligo.

The book is being launched by Sligo library on March 2nd.

Well done to Ms Greene and the children who participated in the workshops online.
