Well-Being Week January 29th - February 2nd

This week we are having our Well-Being Week at Holy Family NS. 

We are having Well-Being Week as part of this year’s Amber Flag positive mental health initiative. 

There are lots of activities planned for the week including Well-Being Homework so all the family can get involved! See the image below for some of our activities.

We are having Odd Socks Day on Friday as a fundraiser for Pieta House, the organisation running the Amber Flag initiative.
