World Mental Health Day on Friday!

Friday October 10th is World Mental Health Day.
As a Positive Mental Health promoting school we are celebrating this day by doing lots of activities aimed at promoting positive mental health in our school.

Our theme is Positive Affirmations.

We will also wear green on Friday as this is the international colour for promoting mental health.
Green represents new life, renewal, and the natural growth found in the environment, reflecting the positive journey of recovery and wellness for those with mental health challenges.
