Primary School Vaccination Programme

This year the nasal flu vaccine is being offered, by the HSE Community Vaccination Teams, to Senior Infants in Primary Schools.
Children only receive the vaccine is a parent has signed the consent form.
Forms were sent home with children in Senior Infants on 14th September.
Please return by 20th September
