Mindfulness Activities with our Amber Flag Committee
Our Amber Flag Committee have been doing some mindfulness activities recently as we plan and prepare for our Well-Being Week at the end of the month. We did some mindful colouring with mindful music playing in the background. We also tried out different breathing techniques and we completed some activities on our Mindfulness Stix.
