We were very lucky to have the extremely talented Author and illustrator, Alan Nolan, visit our class and treat us to a highly interactive, energetic and engaging workshop!
Alan talked to us about his background and how he was influenced to start writing and illustrating from a young age. He performed a dramatic and entertaining reading from some of his bestselling books and talked about where his inspirations came from! We also looked at some of the characters that feature in his stories and he guided us in creating some fantastic and eye catching illustrations based on these characters.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed Alan’s visit and we hope to see him visit our school in the new year again!
